Pipeo Prime offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if the service does not work as expected and our support team is unable to help resolve the issue.


2. Before Requesting a Refund

Most streaming problems can be fixed with simple setup support.

Before a refund is approved, we may ask you to let our support team help with:

  • Login issues
  • Device compatibility
  • Playlist setup
  • Buffering or freezing checks
  • Internet or VPN-related issues
  • Connection setup

We do this to make sure the problem is not caused by incorrect setup, unsupported apps, slow internet, or device issues.


3. When Refunds May Be Approved

A refund may be approved if:

  • The service does not work properly after support assistance

4. When Refunds May Not Be Approved

  • Login details were shared, abused, or misused
  • The customer used more connections than included in the plan

  • The account was suspended due to abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, or violation of our Terms of Service

5. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel anytime.

Cancellation means you do not want to continue the service or renew again.
Canceling does not automatically mean a refund unless your request qualifies under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
